QuickBooks order export changes

1) on "Un-exported orders" page, you can now remove orders from export queue. Once done, these orders will never be exported to QuickBooks.

2) We changed the numbering system for orders. Order number will not be assigned by QuickBooks no matter where the order comes from. The only exception to this rule is for Teapplix TConnect version of our application. TConnect is eBay only and uses eBay Sales Record Number.

    I am considering using your software but have a question about how duplicate invoice numbers would be handled when QB has already assigned the same number as what would import from eBay. Thanks!

    In QuickBooks, Sales numbers don’t have to be unique. So if you end up with a duplicate number, you can just leave it as it is.

    Or, you can also go into QuickBooks and configure the sales number to avoid the range that your eBay Sales record numbers are using.

    Of course, this is all assuming that you are using Teapplix TConnect. If you are using our standalone version, we let QuickBooks assign sales record numbers.
